Shipping Information
What shipping methods are available?
Shipments are Free! You will receive a confirmation message with tracking information.
The delivery time varies between 2 to 5 business days depending on the distance of our warehouse and the destination.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
The AMERICAN BLACK SHOP ships to all addresses within the United States of America.
How long does it take to send the product?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We’re not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns and Refunds
How do I return or exchange an item?
You have 20 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I get a refund?
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.
